DAY 3 DNC: BLOOMBERG; SANE AND COMPETENT

Sane and Competent

Tonight at day 3 of the DNC, former New York City mayor, Michael Bloomberg, gave one of the best speeches (so far) of the night (Bloomberg and Biden’s speeches are at a tie).  Bloomberg, began his speech by explaining that he is not tied to any party, he is an independent.  After that he could not have made Donald Trump seem more foolish.  Michael Bloomberg is an actual billionaire by means of his company Bloomberg LP.  During his speech he did not gloat about where he was educated, by the way he went to John Hopkins and then to Harvard Business School.  Most importantly he did not say “I’m rich”, or “I’m so successful”, or “I’ve got billions”, or “I’m richer than people think”.  Those remarks are for Trump and Trump alone.  Bloomberg let America know what he thinks of Trump’s business tactics, “Donald Trump wants to run the country how he runs his business, god help us!”, said Bloomberg during his speech.  Bloomberg continued to state that “the richest thing about Donald Trump is his hypocrisy”.  Bloomberg reminded us that the next President of the United States must be sane and competent.  The reality of this election is comical, one of the candidates has been deemed incompetent and insane?  It is insane that sanity and competence are no longer inherent in the job description for President of the USA.  But then again Donald Trump is not the President, let alone a decent businessman, “I’m a New Yorker and I know a conman when i see one”, said Bloomberg.
